Saturday lift, Mom style 💪👶
First lift using weights over 3lbs—and it felt GOOD!
Working my way back with 10s and a 15 as I slowly build back into my regular routine.
Today’s lift was 3 supersets, 3 rounds through — intentionally not pushing to the max, just focusing on form and reconnecting with my body… hello balance 🤪.
Superset 1: Thrusters to press + step-up to reverse lunge
Superset 2: Lateral lunge to press + triceps extension
Superset 3: Bulgarian split squat + Arnold press
Progress over perfection. Strong looks different in every season, and this season counts too 🤍… my mantra right now 😊🥰
