Healthy and fit can exist in a place of ease.

Most out of shape guys struggle to believe this is possible.

And I get it, they’ve never really experienced it.

They’ve been stuck in on again off again cycles, dictated by the ebbs and flows of stress, busyness, and “life.”

Life chills out, and they do good for a while.

Work picks up, the business trip, kid chaos, or the vacation, and everything falls apart.

If you’re gonna maintain healthy and fit, regardless of what’s thrown your way, you gotta take an inside out approach…

Take the time to craft an upgraded identity and PRACTICE making decisions through that lens, and over time you come out the other side a different dude.

It’s probably the closest thing to flow you will fine.

Decisions around nutrition become easy.

In fact choices are eliminated, there are none.

Adjusting the workout plan when busy and fitting it in becomes second nature.

A missed workout is no longer a cataclysmic falloff and instead is an inconsequential blip on the continued journey.

So, if healthy and fit is feeling like slog, you might just be working against yourself!

Smarter NOT harder!

“Should I wait until after ____ to get started with fitness coaching?”

I’ve been asked some version of that question, dozens of times.

The answer is always NO!

If you’re gonna improve your physique & health, navigating your travel, the business trips, the wedding, YOUR LIFE... that is THE WORK!

That’s the stuff that’s gonna make or break ya.

Getting fit would be easy if you can just put your life on hold.

But that ain’t reality...

Your life is your reality.

All your personal constraints.

All the chaos!

You don’t get fit by just plowing through w/ hope.

You gotta recognize the season of life you’re in.

Understand regardless of what’s going on, progress can be made.

Then, you adjust your fitness tactics & strategy for that season.

Declare appropriate standards and own them.

Commit to making progress in the chaos, while recognizing it may look different w/ the current season of life.

But I’ll leave you with this...

No matter where you’re at in your life,

No matter how busy, or what’s going on, with the right approach, you can make progress in your physique, fitness, and health goals.
