As we ride into the year of the Horse it’s important to ask….

What empowers you?
When was the last time you even thought about your own space of empowerment?

So often we equate empowerment with strength and power itself. That pattern and paradigm is crumbling, and the Horse is here to carry us in a new direction.

I think of courage and vulnerability.

Does that seem strange to you?

☀️It takes true courage to be vulnerable!☀️

And in our most vulnerable state, we find that we are truly empowered. Here, we have risked exposing our most tender self, and in that very moment of risk, we have decided our value!

Our value is not really determined by the funds in the account. Our value is in how we show up everyday!

In that very tender moment of vulnerability, you choose you. You choose to honor your most tender, raw and authentic self, and this, my love, is empowerment.

So go ahead, be courageous! Ride fearlessly into this year of the Horse with unimaginable vulnerability.

I’ve thought a lot about empowerment, and what that really means for women right now. There are a lot of different answers, but in my experience, shame and lack of trust aren’t on that list.

But let’s face it. If we are carrying the imprints of shame, we are definitely not empowered. And if we don’t trust, how will we ever share the load or open ourselves to receive?
If we don’t trust, how will we follow our feminine intuition?
There’s layers.

And can we talk about the taboo subjects? Cycles, hormones, peri-menopause, shedding, menopause, cramps, and the Sacredness of it all?
Now that’s empowering.

We all carry the imprints of our mothers. And their mothers. All of us.
Sometimes those imprints just need to be honored, and let go.
An empowered woman knows when to give up the fight and when to stand in her own authority.

I have been so inspired by the women in my life.
Every single one of you.
I have been called to offer a series of classes called Empowered Women Empower Women.

Each class in the series meets once a week and is 4 weeks long. This gives us time to really dive into all of these things, and more.

There are a total of 5 classes in the series, each with their own flare.

The very first class in the series is called The Empowered Woman, and it starts in Feb. You can register for individual classes or save a liittle $ and register for the entire series.

I was not a “horse girl” growing up. I didn’t have that privilege. - and it is a privilege!

But occasionally I would hike up to the barn not too far from my house, just to hang out with the horses.
It was a place of peace for me. It was like Another world where I could escape the wildness at home and witness a sort of tamed power.

It wasn’t until I moved to Montana that I really connected with the True Spirit of horses.
I learned so much from them and began to work with them energetically.

When I was first asked to work on a horse to find the cause of a wound that was stubborn to heal, I thought, why not? I’ll give it a try!

Did you know that soul retrievals are way easier to do with horses than humans?
My God! They are so pure and true.

Since that first soul retrieval back in 2010, I have been blessed to work with them on a few different occasions.

I have communicated, given messages to their caretakers, done soul retrievals, babysat, been thrown off a Friesian, kicked and also come face to face with my own soul with these master teachers!

I met the friend in the picture below in Colorado.

The connection is so powerful, and I have come to realize that every single one of us actually has a horse ally in the Spirit World.

Have you ever met your Spirit Horse?
Mine came to me in a dream when I was 12. It is a rainbow, sorta iridescent horse. As years have past, I have come to know and appreciate this ally. They have encouraged me, taught me and even taken me places beyond my imagination.

Shedding…
The final layers
lol- are there final layers?
As with all of nature, there is an ebb and flow- a rise and fall and a rise again!
Natures force is powerful, and in it we can Trust!
In every (r)evolution, there is expansion and contraction.
With every expansion the snake must shed her skin.
It is the Beauty Way!
Within that shedding, she becomes raw and tender.
Like baby’s skin.
We are definitely in a collective rise of false power,
And like nature, it too will fall, shed its layers and become raw and tender.
It is The Tao
It is The Way
It is Nature
So breathe deep into your belly and know.
The serpent eats its tail, and rises again after each cycle.
Reborn, only to evolve and out grow its leathery skin again. And again. And again.

Is it a karmic wheel?
Is it our humanness?
Is it the laws of Nature?
Yes!
I think so…
Stepping into the year of the fire horse, feels like an invitation to step off the karmic cycles and ride in a new direction.
The Spirit Horse carries much medicine, however we must have the courage to stop eating our tail, and actually get on the Spirit Horse and take the journey!

Can we get out of the karmic cycles of false power- collapse- rise again-

Only if we choose
Choose to ride in a new direction
Choose courage and compassion
Choose liberation
Choose sovereignty
Choose peace

Spirit Horse is saying, “Get the f**k on! We are going new places….
In your mind
In your heart
In your soul

We are ready for this!

We are all arriving at the same place.
We are understanding that we will get there on our own timeline.

We don’t need gurus or inflated egos to push us, bully us, or manipulate us into enlightenment.

We need manageable practices, that sustain our on going evolution. We need experiences that support our internal knowings.

We need guidance, not outdated teachings. We don’t need people to tell us what to think or how to feel.
We already know!

We all enter a class, a retreat , a program, as embodied souls. We all carry wisdom. And that should never be dismissed or put down.
Instead, your wisdom should be met with reverence, kindness and be honored.

When I show up as a guide, teacher or facilitator, I understand that you carry your medicine as wisdom. I understand and appreciate the path that you have been on. I understand that you have experienced your unique journey, and it has brought you here at this exact moment.

When we come together it is a sacred space. It’s an honoring. It’s a powerful moment of co-creation.

The hierarchy model does not fit in sacred space. And if it is implemented, then we are just repeating the same cycle that created distortion and discord in the first place. This is the old model that continues trauma and shame imprints.
It’s outdated and does not serve anyone’s highest good.

We are all masters in some way. I truly believe this. We all show up with the keys and codes, but sometimes we just need guidance in turning them on.
When you arrive at your next class, workshop, healing session, bring your internal mastery, not your victim. Don’t give your power away to false light.
The person who is leading, is Everyone in the group! Not just the facilitator.

Yes, guidance is important!!!
And we all need it.
But this is your year to thrive and shine.
This is your time to step into your mastery and stop giving your power away.

Let’s honor each other in sacred space.
Let’s co-create
Let’s grow together.
I Am not your guru.
I Am your help guide.
I Am here for you!
I honor your growth and your personal path.
I honor who you are and how you show up in your authenticity.

Our class is a little diferent lol
Although, we understand that Blue Lotus offers us the alcholoids that bring the feeling of ecstasy, used with intention, it can also connect the heart to the deep inner knowing of our intuition.

Blue Lotus has a divine intelligence that the ancients knew as the blossom of higher consciousness. And when used in a sacred ceremony, they received messages and began to understand how to build and create sacred temples that hold certain frequencies for the unlimited connection.

In our class, we will work with the Divine Intelligence of Blue Lotus and energetically journey to these Sacred Temples.
