Trauma can be tricky in how it encodes and remembers in cellular memory. It not only remembers specific things, it can forget too - or at least forget that we are a collective.

Collective trauma is challenging, especially when we continuously subscribe to the ideology of separation.

What happened to them is not me.
What happened back then was not me.
What they did was not me.
It’s those people, not me.
It’s terrible, what’s happening over there.
It’s terrible what happened to them.

All those stories we may tell ourselves about separation may bide you for a while. But your body knows. Your nervous system knows. Your heart knows.

Sometimes the pattern of unworthiness is so deeply imbedded, that we actually project that into our field.
This projection is constantly reflected back.

At this point, one of two things can happen:
1. we continue the feedback loop of unworthiness
2. We break the patterns and step fully into our power of creation.

Your radical self care matters. It’s part of the revolution that is taking place on the planet right now.

Having tools and self care rituals keeps you grounded in times of energetic chaos.

Use your tools, acknowledge your feelings, and know that you can always choose to come back to your Center- Your Heart.

Remember, your feelings are not who you truly are! They are merely passengers on your train of thought consciousness.
Underneath your rage, your fear, your sadness, worry and pain,
You Are Love.

Normalize taking breaks. It’s imperative that we take breaks from the screens, take breaks from the noise, take breaks from the chaos. This is part of regulating your nervous system. It becomes challenging to come home to Love and your own sovereignty when your nervous system is in a perpetual spin.
So, remember to take those moments to breathe deep into your belly with intention and presence.
