🎉 HISTORIC WIN FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH 🎉
Today, November 10, 2025, the FDA made a groundbreaking announcement that will change hormone care for millions of women.
Here’s what happened—and why it matters to YOU:

THE BACKSTORY:
In 2002, the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study sent shockwaves through medicine. Headlines screamed that hormone replacement therapy (HRT) caused heart attacks, strokes, and breast cancer.
The result? Doctors stopped prescribing it. Women stopped taking it. And millions have suffered through menopause for over two decades—told their debilitating symptoms were “just part of aging.”
But here’s what they didn’t tell you: That study was deeply flawed.
It studied older women (average age 63) using synthetic hormones—NOT bioidentical hormones, and NOT women in early menopause when HRT is most beneficial and safest.

WHAT CHANGED TODAY:
The FDA officially REMOVED the misleading “black box” warnings on hormone therapy labels that have been scaring women and doctors for 23 years.
The new guidance acknowledges:
✅ For most healthy women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, HRT is SAFE
