Happy birthday to my best friend, my husband, the best man I’ve ever met 🩵

Some of the things I adore about you:

✨How you live fully in alignment with your values

🌎 How you care so freaking deeply about humanity and the world, and truly truly want what’s best for everyone, and not just the people you care about

🫂 How you’re such an incredible friend, always finding ways to make people feel loved

💓 How willing you are to grow, to deepen, to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and open up more and more

You can do all the mindset work in the world… but you’re not going to feel the way a great p**p feels in the morning 😅 without actually… p**ping 💩

The same goes for so many things in your body — yeah you can TRY to think positively, but unless your body is feeling good, you’re only gonna get so far.

And yeah, not p**ping every day is gonna make you feel like 💩 no matter what kind of mindset work you do.

This is why I continue to help women with their health habits… bc I know what it feels like to NOT be healthy and bang my head against a wall trying to do mindset work.

And I also know what it’s like when my body feels good — I’m able to access so much more energy, capacity, and bandwidth… and then actually do the mindset work that makes a difference!

Yes, even as someone who loves weight lifting.

At first glance, this phrase seems empowering – get people to stop thinking of “skinny” as the end-all-be-all.

But the problem is, we’re just creating a new end-all-be-all.

Putting another body type on a pedestal.

And continuing to focus on what we look like instead of what we FEEL like.

And no, you don’t need to get jacked to feel amazing.
Just like you don’t need to get super thin to feel amazing.

Everyone’s body is different — and you get to trust your body to tell you what feels good, instead of what the latest body type trend tells you is “right.”

This will be controversial.
