Dear friends located in San Diego.... I'm in need of more educational items for donation.
Some of you might remember... Last year around this time I embarked on a humanitarian trip to Kenya Africa to help build a school for the Maasai tribe. The Maasai are a Nilotic ethnic group inhabiting northern, central and southern Kenya and northern Tanzania, near the African Great Lakes region.
Last year we completed the grand classroom, we planted trees and helped build furniture. Oh and they have water from the wells to over 50k people now. This school is outside Narobi, with views of Mt. Kilamanjaro.

Markers, Crayons, Water Colors, Rulers, Scissors, any school supplies. Children's books of any kind.
Garden Equipment:
Any kind of gardening tool that would fit in a suitcase. Last year we planted some trees and medicinal plants.
Solar Lights:
Over 95% of the Maasai families do not have electricity or light in their homes, which makes it difficult to study at night. If you have any suggestions for solar lights, this will be helpful for students to study.
