Getting on the table lets us break things down, open up tight areas, and make sure the body is actually moving the way it’s supposed to. For runners, this is everything. If something is tight or restricted, it’s going to show up in your stride, your pace, and eventually as pain.

If you work with then you already know how important resistance and tension are when it comes to building real strength.

With this four-pulley system, you don’t even need traditional weights to get a serious workout. If one side is pulling 10 pounds, the opposite side is generating 40 pounds of resistance. That mechanical advantage multiplies the intensity instantly.
