This is an all levels community yoga class.
All donations will help to support A Brighter Tomorrow for Africa; charity that’s using community based organizations to develop a better quality of life for women and children in Sierra Leone 🙏🏻✨

This Monday!!! We will be teaming up with Mission Beach Yoga for a donation based class on the sand! Class will be held in Mission Beach between San Jose and Rockaway Court at 10:30am for 1 hour of yoga and mediation with Meredith Hatton 🧘🏼‍♀️🕉
Class is free!!!! Donations will be accepted on behalf of A Brighter Tomorrow for Africa -a charity working to improve health and spirit of women and children in Sierra Leone, Africa thru community-based organizations 🤗👏🏻🙌🏻👍🏻✨
