As many of you know, I LOVE learning! During the last two decades you may have heard about my learning in expressive arts, teaching, backpacking, salsa dancing, wellness coaching, aikido, qigong, embodiment coaching, meditation, trauma, anatomy and physiology. But, it's probably been a while since you heard me talking much about continuing education for bodywork. While I have been learning bits here and there about bodywork (it is a requirement for my National Board Certification!), I haven't been super inspired by much of that learning.

Then came 2024: I met Tom Myers--the author of Anatomy Trains and a bodyworker of more than 50 years. I was so inspired by his teaching that I signed up for his year long program in Structural Integration. I've been in more than 250 hours of training already and we have about as much training coming up this fall! Eventually, I'll be offering a full 12-session series of structural integration (a whole body approach). But riight now, I'm delighted to offer a Three--Session Structural Bodywork Series.
