Carol Cretella I offer workshops, and retreats in The Art of Feminine Presence, Yoga for Deep Relaxation, and other Soon after, my family and I relocated to San Diego.

Hi, I’m Carol Cretella, Yoga instructor and licensed Art of Feminine Presence teacher. I am always amazed at the transformational power of gathering like-minded women together with the purpose of enlightenment, healing and growth. My spiritual path began with the exhaustion and overwhelm that accompanied my frenzy to “do it all” as a career woman, wife and mother. A car accident, the resulting chronic pain, and burn-out amplified my inner voice that was screaming for change. Trusting my intuition, I left my six-figure job and enrolled in the Yoga teacher training program at the New York Integral Yoga Institute. I have had the privilege of teaching hundreds of students the restorative, therapeutic, and spiritually uplifting benefits of Yoga. A decade later, my heart and spirit said, “I want to make a bigger impact!” Once again, purely on intuition, I attended a teacher training of “The Art of Feminine Presence”. I learned powerful practices to reconnect with my feminine wisdom and to stand in my power. That connection gave me an ability to listen inwardly for the personal truth that leads to peaceful decision-making and the well-being that flows from that. I envision a world where all women are strongly connected to both the softness and the power of their Feminine Essence. I am committed to helping women grow to their higher potential so they can be seen, heard and play a role in making the world a more loving, peaceful and empowered place. Women, it’s time to awaken your greatest superpower, your Intuition!
