Yet a nose job can also be done pretty well using HA filler, but you can imagine it won’t last more than a year or possibly two. Better is the new PDO (polydioxanone) thread nose job technique.

PDO is an absorbable polymer, the same material comprising surgical sutures that dissolve over the course of six to nine months as they simultaneously induce a natural body response of producing new tissue there to firm up the new shape created.

Nose PDO thread lifting is a rather quick and safe nonsurgical procedure that leave minimal social downtime and is nearly a painless procedure when done skillfully.
