Voter turnout in primary elections helps determine which candidates move forward to the November ballot.

Your decision can influence policies that affect everyday issues in our communities, including access to health care, funding for clinics and hospitals, and support services for families.

We encourage our members and neighbors to stay informed and take part in the process!

New "community engagement" requirements are coming soon for Medicaid eligibility. Do you know how they work?

At HCP, we see every day how women shape the health of families as mothers, daughters, caregivers, providers, advocates, and changemakers. From preventative care and maternal health to chronic disease management and whole-person primary care, women are at the heart of community health.
