Thank you for your help, compassion, patience, and never-ending assistance during my two days at the hospital following my multiple surgeries. Professionals in a setting such as this hospital are appreciated, from RNs, LVNs, CNAs, physicians, physical therapy, ICU, recovery room, and house keeping.

Everyone was such a great help and I was very appreciative. Enjoy!

San Dimas Community Hospital had a fantastic Halloween celebration! Our employees rocked the costumes and their creativity was at an all-time high during the pumpkin decorating contest! Great vibes, spooky fun, and team spirit filled the air. We hope everyone had a safe & fun Halloween! 🎃👻

September was National Preparedness Month, and our teams joined in with fun and informative activities to raise awareness about emergency readiness!

Staff explored our information board, completed preparedness puzzles, and picked up helpful tips for staying safe during disasters.

Congratulations to our winners: Anthony Reyes, Hiedilyn Mananguit, Sara Boyle, Patricia Ortiz, and Robert Ortiz.

A huge thank-you to Connie Rangel, Disaster Preparedness Manager, and Al Garay, Security Manager, for leading such an engaging and impactful initiative. We’re proud to stay prepared together!

The San Dimas Community Hospital Skills Fair took place from September 15-18. This fall-themed event provided a valuable opportunity for all staff to refresh and enhance essential skills, including patient experience, fire safety, performance improvement, infection control, and emergency management. Our nursing staff also took part in skills sessions focused on critical areas like blood transfusions, crash carts, and safe patient handling. Thank you to all our leaders and frontline staff for their dedication in making this event a success. Together, we continue to promote the highest standards of care for our community.

Earlier today, smoke was detected at San Dimas Community Hospital. Thanks to the swift response of the San Dimas Fire Department and the San Dimas Community Hospital employees, the situation was quickly managed. No injuries occurred, and patient care was not impacted.

We are grateful for the professionalism and teamwork that ensured the safety of our patients, visitors, and staff. Our hospital remains open and ready to serve the community.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for the End of Summer BBQ on August 22nd. It was a great opportunity for our day and night shift teams to come together and enjoy some delicious food cooked by our dedicated managers and leaders. We appreciate all the hard work and commitment each of you contributes to our community. Here’s to teamwork and the spirit of togetherness!

This exercise is crucial for ensuring we can provide timely information and services to families affected by tragic incidents.
