🇺🇸 As America approaches its 250th birthday, Earthing Massage is already joining the celebration. We’ll be taking a week off this July to honor our nation’s birthday and the real American heroes—the men and women in our military, first responders, and all those in service who continue to protect our land and freedoms.

Yes, this reflection might be a few months early—but moments like this don’t come around often. A 250th birthday is truly a once-in-a-lifetime celebration for most of us. The last time our country marked a milestone like this was the Bicentennial in 1976, and many of today’s children will get to witness history in the making.

No matter our circumstances or political views, there’s something powerful about being here—living with the freedoms and rights protected by our Constitution. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and feel grateful.

“Let freedom ring from the highest mountain peak,” and let the red, white, and blue wave proudly across this land.

This celebration is personal for me. My grandfather came to the U.S. as a bracero with a visa and later became a citizen. In the 1950s, he raised his children to love their country and respect the flag—but most of all, to remember: you’re an American.

A couple generations later, we’re still here—and still thriving. ❤️🤍💙
