congratulations to Roman Sarhad, IT technician II, for being honored as January Employee of the Month.

Roman has been a key part of Partners’ IT team since September of 2018. He is always ready to jump in alongside his teammates to handle everything from software and hardware troubleshooting to managing SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. When complex challenges come up, Roman is someone staff can count on to find solutions quickly and thoroughly. Roman thrives on tough problems and has delivered real wins: launching major SharePoint resources for all departments, automating reports and IT tasks with scripts, tightening security and backend configurations, and building documentation that helps the whole team resolve issues faster. Fun fact: Roman comes from a radio/TV background and has extensive multimedia knowledge, so he often helps with event-media and recordings and videos edits. On one particular occasion, a training video packed with “ums” turned into a polished, professional piece after Roman worked his editing magic, like a ChatGPT of media editors. Roman is reliable, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile—stepping in when the team needs support and continually learning new skills to keep us ahead of the curve.

Thanks for everything you do, Roman!

We are starting the New Year strong! Congratulations to Ryan Lee, Data Analyst, for receiving Employee of the Month for January 2026.

Ryan joined Partners in Care Foundation in September 2022 and has quickly become a key player in the data team. He's built a bunch of smart automations using SQL in the short time we’ve implemented it. Resulting in the team saving tons of time—like the KP RTF Maker (6+ hours/month saved), ECM MIF Quality Checks and Upload processes (8+ hours/month), Kaiser Daily MIF reports (10+ hours/month), and KP TCS OTF reporting (4+ hours/month). He also created MIF Reports to cut down on errors and workload (another 16+ hours/month saved), scrubbed 800K+ Salesforce records for better data quality, and designed a Data Ticket system to streamline collaboration and issue tracking. He now leads major development efforts, including the MIF Upload Rebuild project (which is replacing the old Salesforce application), and manages the team's GitHub repositories. In just a few years, he's gone from crunching data to driving efficiency, making a real impact on operations at Partners.

We are proud to have Ryan a part of the team!
