All journeys to motherhood are unique, and some are more challenging than others. Over the course of four years, Nurse Care Manager Rachell Dumas experienced multiple pregnancy losses. She seamlessly supports all service lines—concierge referrals, healthy days, treatment decision support, and expert medical opinions—with a calm, confident presence and an innate ability to connect. Her warmth is immediately felt on calls, where members quickly open up, trust her guidance, and feel empowered to take their next step.

Clinical Navigation Clinicians at guide members through their healthcare journeys with personalized, wraparound compassionate support. By connecting with members one-on-one, the team helps people better understand their care, access services like concierge referrals, healthy days, treatment decision support, and expert medical opinions, and feel confident navigating even the most complex medical situations.
