The evening before Mother’s Day and your i n n e r child is calling…

So we created a nurturing event for everyone, not just the mothers (to which we owe everything!!) to soothe your soul💆🏽‍♀️💆🏼 And if the lingering effects carry into your Mother’s Day, that’s kind of our hope!

Join us for an intimate restorative sound healing, with guided meditation, deep breathing, and community gathering. A symphony of gongs, ocean drum, and crystal instruments are reiki-infused and used in-motion as they surround and guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Played within inches from listeners, each instrument sends the sound vibrations deep into the body channels, opening blockages & allowing the mind to rest.

The somatic impact of sound on the body is undeniable, with lasting effects that improve emotional wellness and cognition. Linger in the serene spells after the session and make some new friends.
