After a long shift, you deserve a cup of hot chocolate with a special twist to it.
Try this and let me know how much you Loved it.
2 quarts milk 3Tbs peppermint schnapps
4 Tbs cocoa powder whipped double cream, to serve
grated dark chocolate, to serve
In a saucepan over heat, bring milk to a simmer. In a small bowl mix the remaining until smooth.
Stir the cocoa mix and sugar into the milk & stir, without boiling, until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat & stir in the schnapps.
Pour the hot chocolate into 4 heatproof glasses or mugs.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
