We’re excited to share a major milestone for Knowtex!

Our peer-reviewed study on ambient AI in oncology was published in JCO Oncology Practice and demonstrates measurable improvements in physician productivity and workflow when AI documentation is integrated into the EHR.

This kind of clinically validated research is essential as healthcare evolves, and we’re proud to contribute meaningful evidence to the field.

We’re proud to announce the successful launch of Knowtex’s ambient clinical AI platform at the VA Kansas City site, marking a major milestone in our rollout across VA primary care.

The Kansas City deployment represents our first production launch supporting live VA primary care workflows. Early indicators show strong clinician adoption, high utilization, and consistent performance, validating that clinical-grade AI can be deployed responsibly, securely, and at scale within federal environments.

We're excited to introduce Face Sheet, a new feature that lets providers access key patient information—pulled directly from the EHR—without ever interrupting a recording. While documenting a patient encounter, providers can instantly reference labs, imaging results, treatment plans, allergies, sensitivities, and active or prior treatments, all in one place. Face Sheet works seamlessly while you're recording, ensuring nothing is disrupted and making it easier than ever for doctors to quickly pull up and review patient records in real time.
