I wanted to share two groups that I will be offering in January. Much More Than Mom is a process group for mothers who are looking to reconnect with other parts of their identity. Choice Mothers' Process Group is for people who are thinking about or actively pursuing solo motherhood (Single Mother By Choice). I have attached flyers for each group. Hello Marin County! Supporting the young folks of Marin was an honor when I was a teacher in the Mill Valley School District for 13 years. I hope to continue to support them in navigating the many social, emotional, physical, and familial transitions they experience at this age by providing psychotherapy that honors the unique individual that every adolescent is. My colleague, Connor Benefield, and I are excited to offer an Anti-Racist White Process Group through the Integral Counseling Center at Church Street beginning on January 7, 2021. This group is for self-identified white California residents who want to increase awareness of and work through some of the emotional experiences that can come up and get in the way of our ability to stay engaged and fully present during interactions across race and privilege.

All fees collected will be split between a donation to The Okra Project and payment for consultation with Natalie Bell, LMFT.
