Let us give thanks — not for a holiday — but for the breath in our lungs, for the ancestors who walked before us, and for the Indigenous peoples who continue to be the original caretakers of this land.
Let us remember our connection to the Earth, to the sacred waters, and to one another.

Join me for a Gratitude Sound Healing Ceremony at Harbin Hot Springs — a soft and spacious offering held in the Garden Pavilion.
We’ll attune to the healing vibrations of chimes, gong, harmonium, and voice — allowing the waters, the earth, and the sound to recalibrate our hearts.

This is a time when the Earth slows… and so do we. A time to honor our ancestors not just through prayer, but through presence — to feel the living lineage of breath, bone, and body that connects us to them.

Our next Wild Womb Temple Circle will invite you to come home to your body — to soften into stillness, to listen to the wisdom beneath the noise, and to release what your body no longer needs to hold.

As the veil thins for Samhain and Día de los Mu***os, we enter a sacred window of remembrance — when the presence of our ancestors feels near, and their wisdom moves through us like breath.

This threshold invites both reflection and renewal: to honor what came before while awakening the healer within.
Just beyond these nights of communion, we gather for the final Reiki Trainings of the year —

Reiki is, at its essence, ancestral work — a practice of remembering the universal life force that flows through every lineage, every body, every moment of aliveness.

Sometimes the wound isn’t what was done — it’s who stood beside you and said nothing.

I know what it feels like
to perform calm when you’re burning inside.

To make your pain smaller
so others won’t turn away.

To keep explaining yourself
to people who never intended to understand.

But peace that costs your truth
is not peace — it’s performance.

And silence, even when dressed as “neutrality,” is still a choice.

This is for every woman who’s had to be the strong one.

Who swallowed her tears to keep the family harmony.

Who was told her emotions were “too much.”

Beloved — your grief is not a disruption.

It’s sacred.

Your feelings are not inconvenient.

They are the prayer your lineage never got to say aloud.

You do not owe anyone your suppression.

You deserve to be witnessed, not managed.

And you are allowed to be soft and still be sacred —
to feel deeply and still be divine.

Your voice is not too much.

As the Moon eclipses the Sun, we are invited to release the clutter, grief, and perfectionism that no longer serve, and to plant seeds of sacred order within our womb-hearts. 🌱

The Equinox 🌓 reminds us of balance — of light and shadow, rest and action, endings and beginnings. Together, these energies call us into alignment with Earth, body, and soul.

In the stillness of sound, we gather to honor the story of Harbin, ten years after fire swept through and transformed this sacred land. Though flames once turned buildings to ash, the waters endured, the garden bloomed, and the spirit of this place continued to breathe.

Within the Garden Pavilion, untouched by the fire, we enter a field of remembrance and renewal. Through the vibrations of sacred sound, you are invited to soften into rest, release what weighs heavy, and receive the gentle healing carried by Earth, Sky, and the soul of this land.

This ceremony is an offering of collective healing, honoring loss and celebrating resilience, as we lean into the truth of what survives and what is still becoming.

What is Reiki?

"Reiki" (pronounced "ray-key"), is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Energy." Reiki is an ancient healing art which channels energy through the palms of the hands. This vital life energy activates the natural healing processes, detoxifies the body of both physical and emotional blockages, and nurtures a state of deep relaxation and calmness.

Reiki treats all the vital organs, the head, the torso, the back, and the feet. At the beginning of the session, I will identify your specific physical, emotional, or mental concerns which you would like to focus on during your Reiki treatment. Reiki treatments work in conjunction with conventional medicine and enhance the benefits of psychotherapy, surgery, and prescription medication.

A Reiki treatment gives you a sense of warm energy surrounding your body as well as flowing through you. When undergoing a treatment, you are treated as a whole - meaning your mind, body, and spirit. A sense of well being and peace is felt with many remarkable results. Some people experience immediate release of pain or improvement in physical symptoms, while others feel a release of tension, repressed emotions and feelings. After a session you feel at peace.

Reiki can be used to help specific health issues and pain. You will relax by lying on a comfortable healing table listening to soft music while I perform your Reiki session. The client is fully clothed and I begin with what energy needs to be moved out of your space. Reiki knows where to go to heal parts of the body, emotions, mind, spirit, and energy field.
