You don’t need to overhaul your diet, just change the temperature.
Warm, cooked whole foods support your body’s recovery, your hormones, and your milk supply.
When you feed yourself the way your body’s asking to be fed, everything feels lighter.
I break it all down in my free guide “How to Support Your Body in the First Few Days.”
It’s full of simple swaps, warming meal ideas, and doable steps to feel more nourished and steady every day.
Comment BODY to get the link, and start feeling the difference in just a few meals.

Let’s be honest — no one actually feels ready to take a newborn home.
One minute you’re signing discharge papers, the next you’re googling “how to swaddle without tears (mine).”
If you’re in that what do I do now?! phase — I’ve got you.
My free Newborn Care Mini Course walks you through everything from diapering to feeding to those mysterious newborn noises.
Comment CARE below and I’ll send it your way.

October brought a little bit of everything. Hands-on doula work, business shifts, and some baby prep of my own.
Every month reminds me that the behind-the-scenes work is the real progress: showing up for families, refining what works, and honoring my own season too.

You don’t need to do it all.
You just need to know what actually matters.
Most new parents are exhausted because they’re chasing “perfect” — when all your baby really needs is presence, comfort, and confidence.
My free mini course, “Newborn Care: The First 48 Hours,” covers everything from diapering and feeding to cord care and soothing — so you can stop Googling and start feeling capable.
💛 Grab it free through the link in my bio.
You deserve to feel calm and capable, not buried in conflicting advice.

No one talks about how weird newborn care feels at first.
You’re holding this tiny human who seems fragile, unpredictable, and covered in bodily fluids 😅 — and somehow you’re just supposed to “figure it out.”
Here’s the truth:
You don’t need to know everything. You just need to know what actually matters in those first few days.
My free mini course, “Newborn Care: The First 48 Hours,” walks you through early baby care, and what’s actually normal — so you can stop second-guessing every move.

You’ve got this — I’ll help you feel like it. 🫶

You’ve packed your hospital bag… but that’s just one small part of preparing for baby.
What about everything that comes after?

Here’s the truth: most of the challenges new parents face in the first few weeks aren’t about birth—they’re about recovery, sleep, feeding, and the mental load of figuring it all out while running on fumes.

If you’re prepping for baby, don’t stop at the bag.
Prep for the real-life stuff that actually supports your body, your brain, and your bond with your baby.

That means:
→ Making your space sleep-friendly for both of you
→ Stocking up on warming, nutrient-rich meals
→ Lining up feeding support before you’re in crisis
→ And shifting your mindset from “do it all” to “heal, rest, and receive”

You don’t need a 50-item checklist—just the right kind of prep.
That’s where I come in.

👇 Comment “READY” if you’re in prep mode. Remember your healing matters just as much as your baby’s arrival.

What does real postpartum support actually look like?

It’s not just baby tips or the occasional check-in.
It’s someone walking into your home and helping you breathe again.
Someone who teaches you what’s normal newborn behavior and what’s not.
Who reminds you you’re not failing — you’re just tired, healing, and doing something completely new.

Postpartum anxiety often doesn’t feel like anxiety in the moment. It feels like second-guessing everything.
Late-night Googling. Crying over cold coffee.
Feeling disconnected from your partner.
Wondering if you're doing this whole parenting thing “right.”

My clients don’t just get help with feedings or sleep. They get education, tools, and support that bring actual confidence — not just survival.

✨ If you’re expecting or in the thick of it already, comment CARE and I’ll send you my free Newborn Care Course.
Because understanding your baby is the first step to feeling like yourself again.

The first 6 weeks with a newborn?
It’s overwhelming. It’s messy. It’s beautiful. And it’s normal to feel unsure.

Here are 3 ways to build your confidence early on:
💡 Learn to read your baby, not the books
💡 Ask for help—early and often
💡 Let go of perfection—focus on connection

Truth is, nobody has it all figured out at first. Confidence doesn’t come from getting it “right” every time. It comes from showing up, learning your baby, and giving yourself some grace.

✨ Save this post for when you need a reminder.
✨ Share it with a new parent who needs to hear this.

You’re doing better than you think. 💛
