Training, guiding, nurturing and supporting a new generation of Psychosynthesis Coaches and Practitioners. Promoting, partnering, collaborating and contributing to the expansion of psychosynthesis’ reach in the Bay Area, regionally, nationally and globally. Building a community that contributes to the growth, development and sharing of psychosynthesis tools, research and dissemination. As we begin our work and presence in San Francisco, we are pleased and honored to collaborate with The Synthesis Center in Amherst, Massachusetts, to bring their program and staff to provide:

• Identify and observe - name your fear - and that it is this that may be steering the direction of a decision

• DisI-dentify from the fear by affirming: I have this fear and I am much more than this fear

• Self-Identify and reorient to purpose, your values, your meaning making

• Ask your self : what is a choice that most aligns with your long-term life creation, not your momentary discomfort

• Take action —ideally in small, intentional steps...the is support you in moving into intention rather than being stuck in avoidance
