I combined upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting to restore lost volume, and under-eye laser resurfacing to improve skin texture and fine lines.

My multimodal approach addresses excess skin, orbital fat herniation, hollowing, and crepe-like texture—all in one stage.

My patient is so happy with how rejuvenated she is without that “operated” look.

This is my patient’s on the table transformation immediately after rhinoplasty. Her main concerns were a ptotic (drooping) nasal tip and a prominent dorsal hump that disrupted her profile.

I performed:
- Precise dorsal reduction to soften the profile while preserving nasal integrity
- Tip support, rotation and narrowing to elevate and refine the tip
- Septal work to for long-term structure and breathing function

Even at this early stage — before swelling sets in — the difference is striking. Her profile is now elegant and balanced. I’m so excited to see her final result!

Learning tennis this summer and wow—who knew chasing a little yellow ball could be so humbling? 😅 🎾 As a total beginner, I’m realizing how tricky it is just to time a swing or keep the ball in bounds. It’s frustrating at times, but also fun to learn something new and feel myself improving little by little. Happy Saturday!

Almost a year out from:
- Deep plane face and neck lift
- Endoscopic brow lift
- Bullhorn and corner Lip lift

My beautiful patient is 58 and wanted to address facial aging changes that she felt no longer reflected how youthful she feels on the inside.

Concerns:
- Heaviness and laxity of her mid and lower face
- laxity and banding in her neck
- loss of jawline definition
- Heaviness of her brows
- elongation of her upper lip with age.

Her brow is back in a more youthful position—opening up her eyes. Her neck and jawline are dramatically more defined, thanks to deep plane lifting which repositions the deeper facial structures, not just the skin. Her upper lip is shortened with a subtle lift that restores the proportions of her lower face and softens signs of perioral aging. And her scars are now almost impossible to find.

What I love most about her result is how refreshed and elegant she looks—not pulled or “done.” She simply looks like the best, most rested version of herself. And the longevity of her results will be measured in years, not months.

This beautiful transformation is the result of a highly customized approach tailored to my patient’s goals and anatomy. I performed a structural rhinoplasty using a rib graft to support and refine the nasal tip and dorsum, along with an alar base reduction to improve nostril width and balance. I combined this with lower face contouring, masseter reduction and buccal fat excision to slim her lower face, define her jawline and enhance her overall facial harmony.

Every decision was made with precision and care to create a result that feels natural, balanced, and completely her.
