What is Facial Fat Grafting?
Facial fat grafting is a procedure that uses your body’s own fat to restore volume, enhance contours, and rejuvenate your skin and facial appearance. I harvest fat cells from areas of your body where they are plentiful, such as the abdomen or thighs, and precisely inject them into areas of the face that have lost volume over time.

Fat transfer can enhance the cheekbones, lips, and under-eye area, smooth out wrinkles and lines and restore volume to areas that have lost fat due to aging. The results are often more natural-looking than synthetic fillers and can be performed as an outpatient procedure with minimal downtime.

Only 3 weeks post facelift and deep place neck lift, and she’s already looking incredible! Her biggest concern was her neck so we focused on a deep plane neck lift and a lower facelift to improve jawline contour. Mild swelling is totally normal at this stage and will continue to improve. I can’t wait to see how her definition continues to improve as the swelling goes down over the next couple of months.

Teresa beautiful results show how carefully planned, minimally invasive procedures can reestablish proportionality in the face. I did an upper and lower blepharoplasty in conjunction an upper and corner lip lift to enhance the brightness of her eyes, reduce upper-lid heaviness, and optimize lower face facial balance.

This is my patient’s on the table transformation immediately after rhinoplasty. Her main concerns were a ptotic (drooping) nasal tip and a prominent dorsal hump that disrupted her profile.

I performed:
- Precise dorsal reduction to soften the profile while preserving nasal integrity
- Tip support, rotation and narrowing to elevate and refine the tip
- Septal work to for long-term structure and breathing function

Even at this early stage — before swelling sets in — the difference is striking. Her profile is now elegant and balanced. I’m so excited to see her final result!

Learning tennis this summer and wow—who knew chasing a little yellow ball could be so humbling? 😅 🎾 As a total beginner, I’m realizing how tricky it is just to time a swing or keep the ball in bounds. It’s frustrating at times, but also fun to learn something new and feel myself improving little by little. Happy Saturday!
