Kwan Dermatology will be permanently closed on March 1. Dr. Kwan sincerely appreciates his patients' support over his many years in practice and will be continuing to practice in Southern California where he can be closer to his family. To My Patients,

As I look to my personal future and the next phase of my career, I have come to the bittersweet decision to close Kwan Dermatology. I have so much passion for our field and have decided to continue to practice dermatology in Southern California where I am able to be closer to my family.

We will be ceasing operations at Kwan Dermatology at 360 Post Street effective 03/01/2023. As such, please:
• Make any cosmetic or insurance appointments for you and your family;
• Make your appointments to utilize any balances of series/packages and gift cards.

I will be making the transition over the coming months and here are some important details:
• After March 1, 2023 your patient chart will be transferred to Southern Marin Dermatology (“SMD”) where my former colleague, Dr. Ashley Smith, is the Co-Founder. At that time, you may choose to continue your care with this great group of highly experienced Dermatologists and Physician Assistants.
