Hello fellow Yogis and Yoginis!
We are pleased to announce Wednesday 6:15 classes will become a Heated 26+ Class with Marlene effective June 8!
This class will replace the standard Bikram class, but will still be 90 minutes with the 26 postures you know done in a slightly different order, plus some great hip-opening postures, and abdominal work!
