Today is a New Moon in Cancer — a time for emotions, release, and self-nurturing.

So I’m choosing to nurture myself with this: a final letter I’ll never send.

My therapist once told me that sometimes healing isn’t about receiving closure — it’s about writing the truth down, clearly and completely, so your body no longer has to carry it alone.

This is that letter.
One I’ve been shaping for months — not because I couldn’t let go,
but because I needed to accurately name the injustice, the anger, the soul of it — and especially the pain.

For my peace. For my voice.
For the version of me that stayed silent for too long.
