To make changes in our lives-we must first make changes in our minds. How we see ourselves is how we will show up!

But also we need to create and cultivate “reception” receiving ..

We need to create both space and prepare the mind for success. If the cup is full there is little to no room for growth.

“If we value growth- we must value creating an environment to make growth possible and as I always say.. “ Transformation is easy. It’s happens quickly - in an instant. Most times, if we are not prepared, the transformation ( awareness happens) but we lose it because we did not have a process to retain the new information. We need to not only have a break through but to hold on to transformation. Creating the space for that in our minds and in our hearts, and lives that is our task. “ -Sarah Lee
