Today's lesson is on.... Acupuncture Point Highlight: GB34 (Gallbladder 34) 🌿

Located on the outer lower leg, GB34 is a powerful acupuncture point known as "Yanglingquan" or "Yang Mound Spring." It's often used to promote smooth flow of Qi and relieve muscle and joint pain, especially in the lower body. GB34 is also known to benefit the tendons, making it a go-to point for conditions like sciatica, knee pain, and stiffness.

Conditions GB34 can assist with:

Muscle and Joint Pain: Effective for alleviating pain, stiffness, and inflammation in the lower body, especially in the knees, hips, and legs.

Sciatica: Helps relieve pain that radiates down the leg due to sciatic nerve compression.

Tendon and Ligament Issues: Supports the health of tendons and ligaments, making it useful for conditions like tendonitis or ligament injuries.

Digestive Disorders: Can aid in relieving digestive issues, including bloating and indigestion, by promoting the smooth flow of Qi.
