Natural Resources San Francisco's longest-running and largest pregnancy, birth & early parenting resource center We are located in San Francisco's Mission District.

Natural Resources is San Francisco's oldest pregnancy, birth and early parenting resource center & retail store, serving families for more than 30 years. Due to COVID-19 we have moved our classes and support offerings online. We have also launched an online store, and we are providing concierge virtual shopping by appointment. CLASSES & GROUPS: We are thrilled to offer virtual classes and groups. We are committed to continuing to empower, educate, and build community - while protecting the health of our facilitators and students. SHOPPING: You can shop on our BRAND NEW online store 24 hours a day. We offer NO TOUCH pick up and SHIPPING for orders. If you can't find it online or have questions you can get advice & shop 1-on-1 via phone or video with a Natural Resources team member. In-store shopping is also available, masks required. We have hand sanitizer &/or a sink ready for you, and are limiting the number of adults in the store to 6 at a time. Order pick-up: Mon - Sat 11am - 5pm, Sun 11am - 3pm

In-store shopping: Mon - Sat 12pm - 5pm, Sun 12pm - 3pm (subject to change). RENTALS & SERVICES: Breastpumps, Birth Tub, TENS Machine Rentals are available. Please make an appointment to make a reservation or schedule pick up. nraff.org/appointments

Come hang out over the holidays! We are open most days between now and the new year and would love to see you!

Feel free to come by and play, relax in our Nurture Nest, OR send your little one with a visiting friend or family member and enjoy some self-care time for yourself! We will still be having our Lactation Support Circle on Tuesday, December 23rd & 30th from 1-3 pm. Sign up in advance or just drop in. Nursing in community is a very powerful and human experience.

Whether you’re pregnant, adopting, co-parenting, chestfeeding, trying to conceive, navigating donor or surrogate journeys, parenting solo or partnered, or already deep into your parenting years — you belong here. There’s no “right” place to be on your path, and it’s never too early or too late to find your people.
