Join us for 90 minutes of stories, kirtan, and connection with Ray Raghunath Cappo.

Get to know , another of our Sunday teachers!

She was first introduced to yoga in 2015 but started her practice in earnest in 2022. Through yoga, Ariel felt the connection between breath and body, a sense of unity, and experienced a flow of joy, peace, and gratitude. Further, she gained strength and balance, both physically and mentally, and experienced unconditional love and gratitude in this human experience. After her 200 hour teacher training, and then mentorship, at Yoga Flow, Ariel hopes to bring this amazing practice to all.

Join her this Sunday on her first class at our center!

We are produ and happy to announce that we will be having yoga practices on Sundays up from February✨

Our first teacher leading the first class will be Jia!

She began her yoga journey in 2020 with hot yoga. Since that time, she has practiced a plethora of different yoga offerings: Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. After a car accident in 2023, Jia used her yoga training to help regain her mobility. It not only helped her heal physically but, mentally and spiritually as well. With a new found love for yoga, and studying through a trauma-informed lens, Jia earned her 200-YTT through a non-profit: Hawai’i Yoga Institute. She is excited to share her knowledge and love of yoga, as well as always meet people where they are at.

Check out our weekly schedule here on our website and catch your spot.

Sunday classes will be 25% off in February 2026✨
