As we enter this week of gratitude, we honor the nourishment the earth gives us — the food we gather, the stability beneath our feet, the quiet support we sometimes forget to thank.
And this feels perfect to welcome our new teacher with her Earth restorative flow, a practice meant to root, soften, and receive.
Katie has been practicing various styles of yoga for 25 years. Over time, she discovered that her yoga practice was not just about my physical health but my emotional and spiritual health too. Yoga is a practice that should be accessible to anyone and any body.
For her classes, you do not need to be able to contort your body in unnatural ways to discover the physical and spiritual benefits.
