Coach James () is bringing one of his own clients, Dr. Jody Yeary, with 50 years of stress regulation therapy experience.

During tomorrow’s in-service, James and Dr. Jody will be focusing on a few key concepts, both trainers and trainees can apply to their programs, including;

> How stress impacts sports performance.

How often do you stop to ask why an exercise works—not just how to coach it?

Last week we kicked off the first Biomechanics 101 In-Service with , where he shared some foundations of movement, force, and joint mechanics.

We looked at a few common movements (bench, split squat, shoulder press) and thought about the muscles involved and the modifications we can make for our clients body types, goals, and injuries.

Develop your reasoning behind exercise selection, improve coaching cues, and feel confident in your decision-making on the floor.
