He’ll be cover Scapular Function, what it is, how to train it, and its role in a well-rounded approach to shoulder programming.

— Applying intensity and progression correctly
— Shoulder longevity and fixing common dysfunctions

BIG NEWS - Unlimited Training Perks at Custom Fit

Starting today, all Custom Fit Personal Training clients, Partner Training clients, and Tier 2 Gym Members will get UNLIMITED access to DEXA scans, Vo2 Max testing, Recovery Room, and Group Classes.

Our goal is to support you from the very beginning and take some of the guesswork out of training. When you have access to real data and recovery tools, it becomes much easier to understand your body, track progress, and train with intention.

As one of the few training facilities in the Bay Area with access to this level of testing and technology, we’re excited to be able to offer it to our community.

STUDIO 4 renderings are in.

This is a first look at our upcoming Jackson Square location at 570 Battery St.

The new space will feature a full training floor with free weights, turf, and cardio equipment designed for high-performance training with that Custom Fit feel.

We’re also adding two office spaces, an expanded recovery room with additional saunas, and a major new addition to Custom Fit.. a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. More on that coming soon.

We’re incredibly excited to bring this space to life and will have more updates as things progress!
