Santa’s sleigh was overflowing with cheer at San Francisco Towers! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our residents, the Employee Appreciation Fund provided year-end gifts and special treats from Santa and his elves to employees. It was a joyful celebration and a wonderful moment of community connection between residents and staff. Special thanks to resident Nancy for her coordination of resident donations. Resident and team safety are essential at San Francisco Towers. This week, our community took important steps to stay prepared that included a pendant fair—where residents could have their notification pendants checked, repaired, or updated—and our Code: Shakeout emergency preparedness drill.
These activities help ensure everyone knows what to do when an emergency arises, strengthening our shared commitment to awareness, readiness, and looking out for one another.

Residents gathered for a moving and beautifully presented Veterans Day program led by Brenda Schuman-Post, Oboist and Director of Sonic Forest Productions. Her program, “Honoring Veterans: Music by, for, and about the United States Military,” blended history, storytelling, and performance to pay tribute to those who have served.
We are deeply grateful to all who serve and have served, especially our resident veterans whose experiences and perspectives strengthen our community.

We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of San Francisco Towers’ first all-electric vehicle — the 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9! This represents more than just a new set of wheels — it’s a step forward in our shared commitment to comfort, safety, reliability, and sustainability. The decision to “go electric” came with thoughtful input from residents and team members alike.
Did you know? 🌱 SFT already has several EV charging stations available for residents, with plans to expand capacity in the future.
A big thank-you to everyone who helped make this happen. Here’s to many more green initiatives that keep The Towers driving in the right direction — sustainably!

Spooky and Creative Fun at San Francisco Towers! 🎃👻
Halloween was full of creativity and community spirit once again! Our annual staff pumpkin decorating contest brought out some truly imaginative entries—from gnomes and spiders to genies and more.
And now we know why Mona Lisa smiles… the residents chose her as this year’s WINNER! 👏 Congratulations to the Dining Team for a repeat victory!
The fun didn’t stop there—staff dressed up to celebrate the spooky spirit, and residents joined in the excitement by guessing the weight of our giant pumpkin. We had a three-way tie for those who guessed it exactly—110 pounds! 🎃🎉
It was a day filled with laughter, creativity, and community—everything Halloween should be at San Francisco Towers.

Our Fall Menu has officially launched — and residents are thrilled!
Thank you to Charlie, Chef Dontee, Damian, Rosalyn, Carolyn, Marivic, and the entire kitchen and dining teams for creating such a beautiful and flavorful Menu Cycle Kick-Off Event.
From the elegant fall décor and champagne welcome to Chef Dontee’s black cod with purple potato purée, every detail shone. One resident even said, “Dear Charlie, I thought I was at Quince tonight. It was superb!”
Here’s to fresh flavors, teamwork, and our continued partnership with CCL — a recipe for great things ahead.

Annual Trunk Show at San Francisco Towers
Our annual Trunk Show was a colorful celebration of creativity and craftsmanship! Residents and staff alike enjoyed browsing an array of unique vendor offerings — from handcrafted jewelry and wood engravings to stylish clothing, cards, and the beautiful goods of Cavallini & Co.
A big thank-you to Megan in Life Enrichment for organizing such a fun and festive day and to all the vendors who participated. It’s always so nice to see our community come together to shop, connect, and support local artistry. 💙
