COMPANY: Avid4 Adventure is a national leader in outdoor and adventure education for kids, and is consistently voted one of the "Best Companies to Work For" by Outside Magazine. Rock Climbing Instructor for kids aged 7-12. Day camp, Monday-Friday, evenings and weekends off.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE in Colorado and California (Bay Area):
Outdoor Educator for our Camp at Home day camps. These are full day programs filled with activities and skills around nature, camping, LNT, etc.
Outdoor Instructor for our Small Group Adventure day camps. These are full day programming in technical outdoor sports - mountain biking, rock climbing, and paddling (SUP and kayak).
DATES: Online training in late May. In-person training in early June. Summer work from mid-June through mid-August.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must have a strong desire to work with kids.
For technical positions (biking, climbing, paddling): Must have extensive professional and personal experience, including training and actual experience with emergency response.
All staff must have their own reliable transportation.

Hi Folks- This is a period of uncertainty for all, and I hope this finds you and yours doing well while we navigate unchartered waters. We have canceled all wilderness medicine and basic first aid and CPR/AED courses through May 11. We hope to resume in mid May, but time will tell. I will be posting possible volunteer opportunities as they come up for local COVID19 response here in the Bay Area. Feel free to do the same in the comments. Stay healthy and well.

We are running a wilderness first responder course that is super low enrolled in Sausalito from Dec 9-18. Happy to provide large discounts to anyone interested in attending. Additionally, if someone enrolls that you contacted I will give you a nominal finders fee. Just have them DM or email me.
