Holly Toscanini, Holistic Health Coach Helping women reconnect with their intuition, embrace self-confidence, and stop putting their lives on hold.

Empowering women to live fully, trust themselves, and pursue their dreams with courage and authenticity. I’m Holly Toscanini, and I’m here to help you stop waiting for the perfect body, perfect job, or perfect relationship before living your life. It’s time to reclaim your self-confidence, reconnect with your intuition, and embrace your power—exactly as you are, right now. I know firsthand how exh

austing it can be to feel like your worth is tied to how you look, what you achieve, or how others perceive you. For years, I chased the idea that happiness was just one more “fix” away. But through my own transformation, I discovered something revolutionary: my value was never about perfection—it was about trusting myself and living authentically. That’s why I’m passionate about guiding women, like you, on a journey of empowerment and self-trust. Together, we’ll create a space where your well-being, passions, and sense of purpose take center stage. It’s not about changing who you are—it’s about celebrating the powerful, intuitive woman you already are and giving yourself permission to live fully, without waiting for the perfect moment.

The someday cycle isn’t a character flaw. It’s a learned pattern. And learned patterns, once you can see them clearly, can be changed.

Talking through all three — and how to work with them — in Episode 113 of How to Lose the ‘WAIT’. Link in bio.

Kindness is a strength. Being a pushover is a habit.

Being the "low maintenance" person in the room feels safe. It's a mask we put on to keep the peace and ensure we're liked. But "easy" is often just a protection strategy: fear dressed up with a polite smile.

When you're always "easy," you're usually being dishonest with yourself and others. You trade your own truth for someone else's comfort. You’re exhausted because holding up that mask takes a massive amount of energy.

Here’s the reframe: Choosing honesty isn't about being "difficult." It's about being seen. It's about trusting that the people in your life can handle the real you, even when things aren't perfectly polished.

Your Micro-Pivot for today: The next time you catch yourself saying "I don't care" or "whatever works for you," pause. Take a breath. If you have a preference, name it. Even if it feels messy. Even if it feels loud.

Real connection doesn’t live behind the "easy" mask. It lives in the messy, honest truth of who you are.

Ever wonder why your patience suddenly has a shorter fuse lately?

Maybe you’re finding it harder to nod along when you disagree, or you’re feeling a deep, physical "no" to things you used to say yes to. It can feel like you’re losing your grip, or maybe just becoming "difficult."

It’s not a mood swing. It’s your permission slip to show up messy.

In midlife, the shifts we experience often act as a built-in BS detector. The energy you once used to maintain the "perfect" mask is being redirected. It's time to stop people-pleasing and start listening to your own truth: even if it feels a bit unpolished.

This is the Attune stage: a core part of my W.A.I.T. framework. Instead of spiraling into guilt about your changing reactions, we learn to notice them. These shifts aren't a flaw; they are a signal that you are ready for a more honest version of yourself.

You aren’t becoming difficult. You are becoming YOU.

One small shift: The next time you feel that flash of irritation, don't push it down. Just notice it. It's okay to be messy.

"I'll do it when the kids are more independent."
"When the timing is better."
"When I feel more confident."
"When I've figured out the money situation."
Sound familiar? 👀

That's not procrastination — it's called the Someday Cycle, and it has a very specific shape. The desire is real. The condition just keeps moving.

And here's the part most women haven't named for themselves: the condition isn't random. It's chosen — usually without you even realizing it — to stay just far enough out of reach that you never quite get there.
Naming the pattern is the first step to breaking it.

Being "low maintenance" isn't the virtue we were told it was.

For many high-achieving women, priding ourselves on being "easy" or "flexible" is actually a sophisticated form of self-editing. We stay quiet to keep the peace and minimize our needs so we don't take up too much space.

In my W.A.I.T. framework, this is the Witness the Wait stage. You see the pattern, but you’re still stuck in the performance.

Here’s the truth: being low maintenance is often just self-erasure masquerading as kindness. It’s a strategy to stay safe, not to stay fulfilled. It’s fear with a polite smile.

It’s time to lean into your "Crone" energy: choosing honesty over performance. This isn't about being difficult; it's about being true.

Try a Micro-Pivot today. Use a "Brave Sentence" the next time you feel yourself shrinking:

"Actually, I have a different perspective."
"That doesn't work for me anymore."
"I need a moment to consider what I want."

You don't need to be easy. You need to be YOU.

You've been reading about it. Researching it. Saving articles about it.

And you're still not doing it.

That's not a motivation problem. That's the Research Loop — and it doesn't need more information to fix it.

It needs one tiny move.

I wish someone had told me this sooner...

but getting unstuck isn’t one-size-fits-all. There’s actually a specific reason you keep waiting — and it’s different from the woman next to you. I created a free audit that takes 2 minutes and identifies exactly which “Unwaiting Archetype” you are — plus sends you a personalized resource based on your result.

As someone who’s helped hundreds of midlife women stop postponing and start trusting themselves, I know this: the pattern has a name. And once you name it, you can change it.

Reply with “AUDIT” and I’ll send you the link.

The Research Loop isn’t laziness. It’s a protection strategy. Smart, capable women are especially susceptible because research is something they’re genuinely good at.

The fix isn’t more willpower. It’s noticing the loop, naming it, and taking one tiny move before you reach for the next source.

Talking about this in depth — and how to break it with tools you already have — in Episode 112 of How to Lose the ‘WAIT’. Link in bio.

Society calls it "losing your filter." I call it reclaiming your voice.

For years, you’ve been the one who smooths things over. The one who edits her opinions before they hit the air. The one who performs the role of "agreeable" while your actual thoughts stay locked behind a polite smile. You’re waiting for permission to be "too much," and it’s exhausting.

Here’s the reframe: This isn't about becoming rude. It’s about stepping into the "Crone" archetype: the version of you that is finally too wise to be invisible and too powerful to stay quiet.

What people mistake for "losing your filter" is actually you losing interest in the performance. You aren't becoming difficult; you're becoming honest. And that honesty is where your power lives.

Your Micro-Pivot:
Today, notice one moment where you usually swallow your truth to keep the peace. Don't overthink it. Just say the thing. Not with anger, but with the steady clarity of a woman who no longer needs to explain herself.

Here’s what the Inner Council usually looks like:

The Historical Voice — a parent or formative figure whose approval you learned to need. Doesn’t have to still be in your life to still have a seat.

The Expert Voice — the doctor, the therapist, the coach. Whose credentials you’ve started treating as more reliable than your own lived experience.

The Social Voice — the peer group, the community, the ‘women like us do it this way’ pressure you feel without being able to point to who’s creating it.

The Cultural Voice — diet culture, wellness culture, productivity culture. The systems that present themselves as fact rather than framework.

And the fifth — often missing from the room entirely — you.

You don’t need to fire your council. You need to make sure you’re sitting at the head of the table.

That’s what Episode 111 of How to Lose the ‘WAIT’ is about. Link in bio — or search How to Lose the Wait wherever you listen.

The world wants you to believe midlife is a crisis.

A time of frantic searching, lost youth, and fading relevance. But the reality? It’s exactly the opposite.

Research actually shows that women become more optimistic about aging as they move through midlife. That "crisis" you might be feeling isn't a breakdown of your character: it’s the friction of outgrowing a life that no longer fits.

Think of it as a second matrescence. Just like the shift into motherhood, your brain and identity are physically rewiring. You aren't losing your mind; you’re reclaiming your soul.

This isn't about looking back. It's about finally trusting yourself enough to look forward.

If you’re feeling the shift and wondering what’s next, let’s get some clarity.

Take the Unwaiting Audit at the link in my bio. It's a quick tool to help you see exactly where you are on the map and get a personalized plan to stop waiting and start showing up for the life you actually want.
