🎉 New Interview Just Released! 🎉

I had the absolute pleasure of joining Stori Daniels (again!) on her podcast to talk about the emotional roots of stress, the liver’s surprising role in our wellbeing, and why healing sometimes begins in the places we least expect.

Stori is a great host and easily pulls info out of my AuDHD brain! 😅

And if you’re local to the Bay Area, I have some bookstore events coming up this weekend!

Book signing + goodies!

Thank you, Stori, for a thoughtful, nourishing conversation.
And thank you all for your ongoing support during this exciting (and slightly chaotic 😬) launch week. ❤️

This is one of the videos that I link to in my upcoming book. I used to link to a video of a random old guy doing this move, but then I thought, hey... I can be a random old guy, too! So... why not? Do the qi-gong simple arm swing and have more energy right now!

Wouldn't it be great if knowing what's good for you was enough to actually make you do it? Like... choosing the healthier foods? 😬

But let’s be real, knowledge alone isn't enough, and willpower can totally fail—especially when you're tired or stressed!

Here’s a trick I use: try linking a boring or tough task to something that gets you excited! It’s how I got myself to eat more fish… and yes, I’m talking sardines! 😅

What are some fun or exciting things that have helped you tackle mundane tasks? Drop your tips in the comments!

I love this simple video demonstrating FAST! Why didn't I think of making the cute dots on the pulse points?!

To those who say that NET is not "evidence based," I say... check out the evidence! In this video, I tell you about a 2021 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 112 people with chronic low back pain. The numbers don't lie!

That Grey's Anatomy episode (season 15 episode 22) is still the greatest media depiction of NET ever! Here is my mini-take on it!
