Mongolian Contortion Center We provide different levels of stretching, conditioning, strengthening and balancing classes based o We welcome any level and age of people to come and train.

We provide different levels of stretching, conditioning, strengthening and balancing classes based on traditional Mongolian contortion techniques. We have been working with people with no experience in flexibility training to professional circus performers, yoga teachers, gymnasts, free runners, professional, olympic swimmers, ice skaters, athletes and dancers. Training flexibility has no age or level limits. We improved people's flexibility to a new standards. Our programs, set people with their current flexibility and place them in a training that is based on their areas where they need to improve. Flexibility is the core exercise to improve and keep your body healthy and strong and it helps to eliminate common muscle problems including shoulder and neck pain and lower backache. We offer professional contortion program twice a year in San Francisco, CA and Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
