In this foundational module, you will develop a deep understanding of emotional functioning and how to harness the body’s innate ability to resolve disruptive emotional patterns. You will gain the skills to guide clients in safely and gently re-triggering and resolving emotions, both in moments of calm and during intense emotional experiences.

Upon completion, you will be equipped to help resolve issues such as anxiety, stress, anger, PTSD, depression, fears, and more—both for yourself and with your clients.

EmRes® is grounded in somatic work, neuroscience (inspired by pioneers such as Lisa Feldman Barrett and Antonio Damasio), and the philosophical contributions of Spinoza, Bergson, and others. Module 1 is the first step in the EmRes® Certification Process.
