In this afternoon workshop, we’ll bring the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation, providing a remedy for physical fatigue and mental stress. Yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be used to fully support the body in each long held posture, encouraging complete surrender and ease.
