As the threshold of winter draws us inward, this afternoon of Restorative Yoga offers a chance to slow down, soften, and replenish. Supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each long-held posture invites deep rest, while settling the nervous system, melting away fatigue, and nurturing resilience for the season ahead.

Please bring an eye covering such as a scarf, small towel, eye pillow, or mask.
All are welcome, no prior yoga experience needed.

Psychedelic Breathwork

Journey beyond the mind and into the body’s intelligence. Through the breath, we’ll oxygenate 26 trillion cells. This workshop aims to release stored tension, and invite deep nervous system regulation.

This practice blends ancient techniques from Buddhist Vipassana and Kriya Yoga with modern transpersonal psychology to support healing, clarity, and emotional balance.

Expect guided meditation, active breathwork, rest, and integration.
