Explore. Define. Become… the Person You Want to Be Are you trying to figure out who you are? Do you feel frustrated with your choices and behaviors?
Are you depressed or anxious about the path you are taking? Did you think that adulthood meant that:
• You would automatically have all the answers?
• You would immediately know who you are and who you want to be?
• Your relationships with your parents, friends and significant others would deepen and become more meaningful without any effort? No matter how prepared you think you are for entering adulthood, the reality of the transition can be challenging. Many choices that were influenced by your parents are now yours alone to make. My approach is to help you with a combination of life-planning skills and in-depth therapy. I don’t believe that therapy needs to last forever. I find that a short-term, strengths based approach yields wonderful results for many of my clients as they navigate their way through work and relationships. Contact me for a consultation to help you through this challenging but exciting time of personal growth and discovery.

“While job promotions are generally seen as net positives in a career, offering more prestigious titles and bigger paychecks to deserving employees, they can also have serious downsides. In many cases, turning down a promotion — as discomforting as that thought may be — can be a smart move.”

Find out how you can protect your mental health in my latest Forbes article:
Everyone has had that coworker. You know the coworker who is rude to you when you’re alone but sweet as can be when your manager is in the room. The coworker who purposely “forgets” to tell you critical pieces of information, hoping to make you look incompetent. The coworker who criticizes your ideas and then takes credit for them. It can feel like a knife in the back when you realize your coworker only befriended you to gain your trust so they can take advantage of you later.

I’m a Life Strategist for Millennials. With over a decade of experience helping young adults, I’ve developed a number of programs and methods that speak directly to overcoming the isolation and comparison-itis that plague many 20-somethings.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist and Board Certified Coach and specialize in helping 20-Somethings/Millennials navigate this exciting but overwhelming time in their lives. My mission is for all young adults to be able to enter into their 30s, 40s and 50s with confidence and clarity.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked with men and women from a wide variety of backgrounds, each with a desire to change something (sometimes everything) about their lives. I understand the unique challenges to the 20-Something years and I know how to motivate and encourage young people to live their best lives.
