While we’re having fun learning the High5 Habits, we’re also co-creating new experiences not found in traditional yoga.

These boisterous brothers invented this challenging pose and several others that require strength, flexibility, focus and balance. It’s so fun!

As we face a growing youth mental health crisis, it’s more important than ever to equip kids with tools that help them thrive emotionally, physically, and socially.

Recent studies reveal alarming trends:

* Anxiety and depression rates among children have surged. In the U.S., feelings of persistent sadness and hopelessness increased by 40% over the past decade.

Our Story

Be YOUR Best! In the last decade Kids Yoga has evolved from a healthy fun activity to an educational necessity for wellness and success.

It’s Yoga KidsĀ® builds healthy habits for happy successful kids with essential movement and mindset practices at every age from babies to teenagers. We teach training for parents, educators and coaches. We host parties, camp and classes at school, at home, in sports and performing arts, and at our studios. Touching toes is not required. ;)

After over a decade of validating our IYKĀ® Signature System in studios and schools, our goal is to integrate our proven and practical program into everyday life at home, in classrooms, in sports and performing arts in 2 to 20 minutes daily.
