Denise Spanek… A beautiful Yoga Practitioner and a More beautiful Soul. An angel has left the Earth.
I am just hearing that Denise has Passed and Left the Earth. This incredible woman LIVED LIFE with Love and Grace.. I am grateful that I crossed paths with her for a little while at my Yoga School in San Francisco years ago.
