This September 11-13th 100+ bicycle riders will be riding from SF to Guerneville to raise funds for the Castro Country Club.
The Recovery Ride is more than a cycling event — it is a powerful expression of the Castro Country Club’s mission to be a safe and sober community center and a refuge for the LGBTQ recovery community in the San Francisco Bay Area.
To make this event happen, we need volunteers like you to join our Road Crew. The Road Crew are the volunteers who ensure the ride is safe, welcoming, and successful. There are a wide range of roles available at various skill and engagement levels. Volunteers will be provided with meals and tents during the event.
To streamline recruitment, onboarding, and communication, we are using the POINT Volunteer Platform for all 2026 Recovery Ride volunteer roles.
