🌿⚡【Jingzhe Wellness | Align with the Season, Restore Vitality】⚡🌿
From March 5 to March 20, we enter Jingzhe (Awakening of Insects), one of the 24 Solar Terms in the traditional seasonal calendar.
Since winter, many animals and insects remain dormant underground in a state called “zhe” (hibernation). With the first thunder of spring, the earth warms and life awakens. This marks Jingzhe — the solar term that signals nature’s awakening and the beginning of the spring farming season.
As yang energy rises, the body’s energy also becomes more active from within. For this reason, Jingzhe is an important time to adjust and rebalance both body and mind.
Although the weather is warming, temperatures can still fluctuate. The key to wellness now is not heavy nourishment, but aligning with the season.
🌱【 4 Key Health Tips for Jingzhe】
👕 1. Clothing | Stay Warm
Avoid reducing layers too early.
Keep the neck, lower back, abdomen, and feet warm.
🥗 ② Diet | Light and Balanced Eating
Eat fresh produce and mildly nourishing foods.
Reduce spicy and oily dishes.
🚶 ③ Movement | Gentle Exercise
Light activities like walking, jogging, practicing Energy Bagua, or Energy Bagua aerobics help improve circulation and strengthen immunity.

🧨 A Fresh Start Together – 2026 Lunar New Year Festival 🧧

This past weekend, our Center came alive with color, music, and celebration as we welcomed the Lunar New Year.

From the sound of the drums to the joyful Lion Dance performance, the energy was vibrant and contagious. It was so wonderful seeing so many new faces: young families, local neighbors, and friends from different backgrounds joined us, many experiencing a traditional Lunar New Year temple fair for the first time.
