Happy National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)! October is an important month for the BVI community, and we'll be celebrating both the collective and individual accomplishments of blind, visually impaired, deafblind, and disabled people all month long!

For our first shout-out, LightHouse is proud to highlight a star employee, Taylor Wall, and his journey from loss to leadership! Taylor is an invaluable member of the LightHouse Eco team and has grown exponentially in his time at LightHouse. Last year, he was honored as our Employee of the Year at National Industries for the Blind's annual Expo in Washington DC, and earlier this year Taylor took on the role of Assistant Director of Production Manufacturing. Thank you for all you do, Taylor!
