🌙✈️ Red-Eye Ready… and Apparently a Backpack Girl Now 🇨🇺🤣

Breaking news:
After 40+ years of chiropractic magic, humanitarian missions around the world, and hauling portable tables like a sherpa…
I have finally worn a backpack.

I know.
I’m shocked too.
Character development at its finest. 🎒✨

But listen—when you’re dragging a portable adjusting table, a massive suitcase full of clothes, supplements, and enough “mission essentials” to run a pop-up clinic… you surrender your purse privileges and go hands-free.

Tonight I’m off to Havana with Flying Doctors of America, armed with:
💆‍♀️ Healing hands
🎒 A backpack that may or may not weigh more than I do
🧳 A suitcase judging me silently
💖 A heart ready to serve
😴 And zero red-eye shame

If you see me at the airport looking like a woman who’s both prepared for a humanitarian mission and a zombie apocalypse… mind your business. 😂

Last Saturday I rolled up my sleeves at bagging fresh pears, apples, and potatoes for families across Contra Costa & Solano counties. 🍐🍎🥔

This incredible food bank helps provide 2.7 million meals every month—and 68% of that is fresh produce! Talk about nourishing from the inside out. 💚

When communities eat clean, bodies heal and balance is restored—one bag of pears at a time.

Union Square Chiro crew showed up, the Giants showed off 👏 5 big runs in the 6th (including a bomb 💣), and we cheered our way to an 11–5 victory!

Nothing better than a warm SF night, good company, and a ballgame that kept us on our feet 🙌🧡🖤

I’ve been in Ensenada, Mexico this week receiving regenerative stem cell therapy for my knees (and a little full-body tune-up, because why not? 😉) at the incredible Hino Medical Center

From IVs and targeted injections to a customized immune-boosting protocol—these folks are truly next level in care and precision. They even surprised me with a personalized T-shirt (swag alert!) and a delicious red tonic made with beets, berries, and Mexican magic. 🌱❤️
