Being transparent and reachable is a must for providers and healthcare professionals. Count your treatment days with a smile like Tanner!

Happy Thanksgiving! What a year we have all been through!

This year made me reflect on what matters most to me. It brought us closer to appreciate them. And ask the hard questions on what I want to do with my time, in this life? What legacy do I want to leave behind? I stepped forward to do what matters most to serve. To do things that I was terrified of - but if I did, would make lives of people in my community better.

Self-care was also one crucial area that came to the forefront. Recognizing that self-care is not selfish, it’s essential for survival. This year, I lost many people I dearly love. As I grieved and felt pain and anger, I eventually realized that grief was unexpressed love. It’s the love for them that I’ll carry in my heart. And remember to express my life to those in my life today.

Thanksgiving is such a beautiful time of reflection and of filling our hearts with gratitude and love. As you celebrate this thanksgiving, may your life and your heart be filled with gratitude, love, health and happiness.

Thank you for being part of my life. Thank you for everything you offer and for accepting what we offer.

With gratitude and warm embrace,
❤️San
