Kelly earned her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and her M.S. in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. After graduation, she worked in Cardiology and the Intensive Care Unit before moving into primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelly went on to receive advanced training in facial rejuvenation from Dr. Sam Naficy, one of the top facial plastic surgeons in the United States. Prior to SkinSpirit, Kelly served as Clinical Director at Golden Gate Skin Center and as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Gentle Star Medical Spa. She continuously receives advanced training from major aesthetic companies for BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and innovative laser/light treatments. One of my favorite parts of aesthetic medicine is that you’re never done learning.

Last week I spent three days at the AMI Training Center in Orange County with Allergan trainers from across the country, focusing on anatomy, patient safety and patient advocacy.

Grateful to learn, collaborate and be part of such a supportive community dedicated to education, safety and continual growth.

Fillers to the hands are an elegant way to camouflage the vessels and aging in our hands.

Here I used Restylane Lyft to blend the volume loss to the back of the hands. Subtle, yet impactful.

We loose volume everywhere. Don’t neglect your hands. ❤️

Kybella for a little chin and jawline clean up.

These photos were taken after two Kybella treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. Kybella is a digestive enzyme that is injected about every centimeter in small areas to reduce fat. Here we targeted her jowls and submentum (area under the chin).

Filler was also added to the cheeks, chin and jawline for structure and support.

Love that lower face definition. Less jowling, less lower face heaviness, less fullness under the chin and more jawline. Yes please! ❤️

 I’m so thankful to have been recruited to help open our very first San Francisco location in Presidio Heights — what was our 8th clinic at the time. Now, we’ve grown to over 50 across the US! Hard to believe that half of my aesthetic career has been devoted to this incredible company. Time truly flies when you love what you do. 💚
