The School for Self-Healing is offering two separate events. The first is a 6-day retreat focused on relaxation of the visual system. If you have strain in your eyes this is a good time for you to come to our visual workshop. If you believe in natural vision improvement, as outlined in Meir Schneider's book Vision for Life, then we invite you to join us for this retreat, held by the beach in San Francisco from Feb. 12-17th, 2026. With its mild weather—typically in the mid-fifties to low-sixties—you’ll likely find the climate very pleasant.

Participants come from all over the world, form lasting friendships and a sense of community as they embark on this new practice together.

The second course we offer is a foundational training in Meir Schneider's method. In our Training , we teach bodywork techniques to help people maintain normal function and assist those with disabilities. Additionally, we do training exercises on the visual system and teach our new in-depth approach of anatomy and physiology.
