En MHHC estamos haciendo conciencia sobre la salud mental, vamos a hablar de tips para ayudarte a ti mismo a sanar, reconociendo tus fortalezas y habilidades. Tendremos una sesión de yoga e información de alimentos antidepresivos.

At MHHC we are raising awareness about mental health, we are going to talk about tips to help yourself heal by recognizing your strengths and abilities. We will have a yoga session and antidepressant food information.

FREE COVID-19 TESTING

The Shotwell Clinic is providing free COVID-19 Testing today -Wednesday, July 7, 2021. The testing area is located in the parking lot, at the corner of 16th St. and Shotwell, in San Francisco’s Mission District.

Show up and get tested today from 8:30 am through 4:00 pm. This is the rapid testing and results are given in approximately 15 minutes.

Please note: this is for personal use only (peace of mind) and not a PCR test required by airlines. Airlines won’t accept the results of this test.
